Living Water Ranches (LWR) is a General Contracting firm specializing in designing architecture and performing on turnkey projects for developments, custom homes, multi-family homes, beach villas or mountain escapes. We do everything well. LWR offers full construction drawings and permittable plan sets for the Building Department and Construction. We handle the governing bodies and work your project through permitting and inspections resulting in a Certificate of Occupancy. We also guide owners if they would like to Owner-Build their property. If you choose to build with us; we break ground, we move earth, put in underground utilities, install septic systems and leach fields, pour concrete, build pools, and build your home down to the last finishing details we leave a landscaped masterpiece for you to enjoy.
